Rehearsals for the
SPRING 2025 season
will begin on Tues., Jan. 28
at the
1st Presbyterian Church of Matawan, Rt. 34
from 7:30 to 9:30 PM
AUDITIONS
OPEN AUDITIONS for Spring 2025
will be held on
Jan. 28, Feb. 4, and Feb. 11
from 6:30 to 7:30 PM
Our Music Director will ask you to sing a few simple scales.
This will provide the following important info:

How well you match pitch
-
The range of your voice, to determine which voice part is best for you
-
The tone quality of your voice, to determine how to place you in the chorus
Other skills important to your successful participation
include the ability to
read music (to some degree) and
reproduce rhythmic figures.
A prepared song is not necessary,
but do feel free to offer one if you wish.
Auditions are available at any time,
either in person or online via Zoom
with our
Music Director, Marina Alexander.

Rehearsals are open to
perspective new members.
